Lissy Taylor Releases New Single ‘Life Changing’

It’s a morning coffee for your ears; Life Changing is a powerful kick start to your day. This track is pure motivation to be the best you, condensed into two and a half minutes, find out if it works. Life Changing is about asking yourself, “why not?” In this inspirational anthem, Lissy Taylor shares her belief that it is possible to turn life around and make a positive change. Inspired by her hometown of Stoke-on-Trent and the people who live there, this track has the heart to make a difference, uplift struggle and champion greatness. This song is life changing.

There’s also so many people that go through struggles, myself included, and this song champions pulling yourself through to the other side. This is a song to cheer you on when there’s doubts and to throw you up in the air when you’re winning. This is the sound of the underdog” – Lissy Taylor

Sahaji Release New Single ‘Tell Me All Your Feelings’

After the success of their debut release ‘Future In The Sky’ reaching number 8 in the official U.K singles chart, the Sahaji boys are back with something a little more edgy. You can still expect the big anthemic choruses but the verses area lot more direct. ‘we are about to open a new door’…indeed.

The song starts with their trademark melodic guitar licks and after a brief verse it’s straight into the catchy chorus, something that Sahaji do so effortlessly. Written in December 2020 after a fight between the Sahaji brothers a year before, the personal message of ‘Tell Me All Your Feelings got the boys back together as a band and they have been flying ever since.

Lead singer Shotaro says ‘I was going through a time when I had to make a big decision in my personal life, and my heart was shaken. This song expresses my desire to break through such a state of mind and dive into a new world. It became a song that encouraged me’.

The video for Tell Me All Your Feelings was recorded on location amidst the bright lights of Soho. The fast paced video captures the brothers happily back playing music together.

Atomic Release New Single ‘Nowhere To Run’

ATOMIC can count on quite a following in 2024, having played more than 300 shows not only in their native Germany, but also in Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic and England. Given that we are talking about a German guitar pop-band this is a massive achievement which helped them gain a more than solid reputation among German indieheads. Stemming far from the urban centers of Berlin, Hamburg or Munich, twin brothers Thomas and Rainer Marschel were raised out in the woods of theBavarian Forest near the border to Czech Republic and started out in 2000 to form a band that would take them places. The fact that ATOMIC could not rely on a weel-established network has always been regarded as a challenge rather than an obstacle.

“The Big Issue”, their debut release of 2002, proved to be a first success with an ever growing audience. The self distributed mini-album got a well deserved mention in the “Rolling Stone Magazine” and “NME Magazine” (“….The German Oasis”) and thousands of copies were sold only through online and merchandise sales. For ATOMIC this success eventually caused them to open for Pete Doherty´s Babyshambles, The Sherlocks, Kula Shaker, Chumbawamba, The Godfathers, Steve Cradock (Ocean Colour Scene), The Charlatans and Paul Weller with Gem Archer (Oasis) on their respective tours in Germany and Austria.

After the debut album “Wonderland Boulevard” in 2005, their sophomore effort, entitled “Coming Up From The Streets” was released in 2008. The recording of the album in Munich’s Telstar Studios, of Arctic Monkeys and The Cribs fame, saw dramatic changes in the line-up: While the bands masterminds Thomas (vocals) and Rainer Marschel (vocals & guitar) remained at the helm, Daniel Mederer (guitar), Dominik Teubert (bass) and Benedikt Schweiger (drums) are all new additions to ATOMIC.

They’re coming up from the streets – and they’re not bound to stop. Together they recorded the follow-up album “Heartbeater” that was released in 2011. In early 2018 ATOMIC contributed their song “Monkey Fingers” for the movie soundtrack of “Accident Man” (Sony Pictures)starring Hollywood´s next big action star “Scott Adkins” who is previously known from movies like The Expendables 2, Boyka: Undisputed, Marvel´s Doctor Strange or John Wick: Chapter 4.

They have recently released their new album ‘If This Wall Could Sing’.

ATOMIC received Radio-Airplay for the last singles “Gimme Your Love” and  “Cry Like A Wolf” on SiriusXM USA by Rodney Bingenheimer, UK´s biggest rock radio station Planet Rock, Indie Rocks Radio UK, Awayday Radio UK, Radio Wigwam UK, Prospect Radio UK, Soho Radio UK, Islington Radio UK, Leeza London´s The Independent FM, Kool Rock Radio, Expres FM Prague and more.

Daddy Drwg Releases New Album ‘A Tree Called Happy’

Welsh rock artist ‘DADDY DRWG’ releases his debut album ‘A Tree Called Happy’ following the release of lead single ‘I’m Your Waste Of Time’ .

‘I’m Your Waste Of Time’ offers listeners a glimpse into DADDY DRWG’s debut album, the 10-track offering is based on real-life events and experiences with tracks such as ‘I’m Your Waste Of Time’, ‘Domino’ and ‘Object’ full of dark humour both in a lyrical and musical sense relating to unhealthy obsession, ghosting, gaslighting and victim & prey scenarios. Whilst other songs such as ‘Eyes Wide Shut’, ‘Previously Known As ‘The Fool’ and ‘Lean On Me’ share a similar theme of altruism, empathy, hope and forgiveness.

‘I’m Your Waste Of Time’ is a haunting track told from the perspective of a stalker, inspired by DADDY DRWG’s own experience of being stalked for two years until the stalker’s arrest, the track explores the dark and unsettling emotions of obsession and intrusion. Crafting an eerie and chilling atmosphere through its use of driving basslines, distorted riffs and menacing vocals, DADDY DRWG sheds an uncomfortable light on a stalker’s disturbed psyche.

Speaking on the album ‘DADDY DRWG’ states, “For me, it’s an album of authenticity, about learning from the past living in the present whilst looking forward to the future. I think everyone would like to be able to sit under ‘A Tree Called Happy.”

DADDY DRWG, pronounced “Droog” (meaning Bad Daddy in Welsh), is a singer-songwriter hailing from
Wales, UK. A self-taught multi-instrumentalist, he went on to study a post-grad in Music Technology at The
Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. Drawing from a rich musical background, including stints in
globally-touring bands and collaborations on numerous albums, DADDY DRWG makes his solo debut with the release of “A Tree Called Happy,” This album showcases his unparalleled talents, with DADDY DRWG not only performing all the instruments but also serving as the album’s producer. DADDY DRWG showcases originality, exploring creative boundaries with each note. His music is a testament to authenticity, reflecting the depth of human experience with raw emotion and unbridled passion.

Preacher Stone Release New Single ‘Ain’t As Easy As It Looks’

US southern rock n’ rollers Preacher Stone are excited to release their butt kicking good time new single ‘Ain’t As Easy As It Looks’ on all digital platforms now. Frontman Ronnie Riddle sets the tone, “We write for our friends and fans first and foremost, to try to catch the feelings of things we love, lessons learned the hard way and what we take away from playing each and every show. You know, it may look easy, but it ain’t and that’s part of the fun, it’s a whimsical take on living a complicated and challenging life!

The track is lifted from their highly awaited super-charged emotive and inspiring new album ‘V’ due for release March 29 available for pre-order on CD/vinyl direct from the band HERE courtesy of NoNo Bad Dog Productions. The album was recorded at the legendary Gat3 Studios in Charlotte North Carolina, produced and engineered by the multiple Grammy winning Glenn Tabor (Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Kid Rock).

Man, it’s been 8 years since we released our last album and so much has gone on for us and the world since then! We get asked ‘What’s taking so long guys?’” Ronnie laughs going on to sincerely state, “We’ve had loves and losses, a global pandemic, but played a heap of shows and tours despite that so we’ve ended up with a lot to say! It’s a reflection of our times, good and bad, and it grew into this epic collection of music that we’re sure all can relate to from any walk of life.

Kicking boots out of North Carolina USA, their high-octane, 200 proof, rock-n-roll guitar-driven songs about the common man with heart-wrenching smoky bar frequenting tales, and the swagger of their live performances have earned them a legion of faithful fans known as “The Congregation”. Alongside Ronnie and founding member Marty Hill (lead guitar), the band of brothers are steeped in musical heritage with Ben Robinson (guitar), Jim Bolt (bass), the since passed away and sorely missed Johnny Webb (B3 & piano) and Wyatt (drums). The album cover art pays tribute to the since passed Johnny and honours him bearing his signature. Their song ‘Not Today’ was featured on two seasons of the hit Fox TV series Sons of Anarchy and 2023 saw them embark on debut UK shows to rapturous acclaim from fans and critics alike. Previous tours include across the United States and Europe having shared the stage with legendary acts Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Deep Purple and more. This year sees the band make a warmly welcomed return to UK shores for an exclusive run of shows that culminates in a main stage appearance at the much loved Maid of Stone Festival Mote Park, Kent.

Whilst Preacher Stone are rooted in southern rock history, authenticity and well travelled, with ‘V’ they assure that they’re never a band to rest on laurels. “We really pushed ourselves on this record. We’re super proud of ‘V’ and we can’t wait to share it with all and play it live, it’s our best work yet!”

Worldcub announce their new album ‘Back to the Beginning’ and the release of self titled single

Worldcub announces their new album ‘Back to the Beginning’ out 17th of May and release self titled single on the 15th of March.

Worldcub invites you on a jaunt through past lives and memory with their brand new concept album ‘Back To The Beginning’ a carefully crafted collection of tracks containing sharp hooks, joyous West Coast pleasure trips and contemplative stop-offs along the way. Beguiling lead single and title track rumbles through time and space, that opens up new worlds on the arms of a kraut rock groove. spacey guitar licks, splashes of keyboards, floating harmonies, the vocal interplay guides you deep into the mind’s eye of a melody, at once both wistful for a past and for a future of unknowns.

Worldcub, are a group from North Wales piloted by brothers Cynyr (guitar & vocals) and Dion Hamer (drums & vocals), they began their musical journey under the name CaStLeS, taking influence from 70s/80s Paul McCartney and DIY ‘Fantastic Man’, William Onyeabor. Through fourteen lucid and addictive tracks ‘Back To The Beginning’ journeys through wormholes, keyholes and time warps.  ‘Grog’ is an awesomely woozy trip, fantastic surf guitars decorate a pulsing percussive tapestry,  trippy and lilting vocals, it could be something lifted from the famous Nuggets compilations. Haunting ‘One Small Mistake’ with its lucid melodies, almost bossa nova rhythms and bouncing psych pop sound, is an off kilter delight.  The album also contains previous single ‘Look through the Keyhole’ is a hypnotic, West Coast tinged, surf inspired jaunt through past lives and memory. The record also contains Welsh language tracks the gleaming ‘Hel Y Hadau’ and the iridescent entwined melodies, 70s fuzz guitar and insidious percussion of ‘Pwysau Yn Pwyso’ which translates as a Pressing Matter.
