We have received some crazy messages and even in-person encounters of this sort over the past few years and wrote this song from the perspective of the “stalker,” stylistically pulling from metal, synthwave, and TRL-era boy band melodies.”

Emerging from North Wales, Tom Collins is an artist that carries honest and heartfelt songs, influenced by artists such as Sam Fender, Jamie Webster and Catfish and the Bottlemen, displaying a youthful pop flavour with big indie rock singalongs. He’s been lucky enough to share the stage with some top bands and artists such as The View, The Sherlocks, RATS, and Andrew Cushin. He’s also been able to play at a variety of iconic venues in the North West like The Cavern Club, 33 Oldham Street, Night & Day Cafe, Bask, The Jacaranda, The Shipping Forecast and Deaf Institute.
Tom’s releases from the last 5 years have showcased his unique voice and heart on sleeve songwriting. He’s had the joy of working with Kyle Falconer of The View at several songwriting camps in Spain which has expanded his repertoire in songwriting, and showcased more exciting opportunities. His songs have picked up airplay on internet radio, BBC Merseyside and most recently BBC Radio Wales. Tom has also appeared on ITV’s The Voice UK in 2022 and is due to feature on a BBC Wales documentary film, exploring the North Wales music scene.

The UK’s new hottest indie prospect, Marseille have announced their biggest UK tour to date, taking place over September and October 2024. The tour spans over 10 dates and it will be a monumental tour to celebrate and showcase a new groundbreaking EP, GODIVA. The tour starts at legendary Manchester venue The Deaf Institute on the 12th of September and will close with Marseille’s biggest headline ever at Nottingham’s The Rescue Rooms on the 2nd of October. The tour will consist of handpicked support acts by the band (the best support acts from far and wide.).

Narrm neo punk/funk warriors Mammal target misinformation in scintillating fashion, with their explosive new single Keanu Reeves, out now. Marking the band’s first new material since 2022, the single is fittingly accompanied by a music video inspired by one of the actual Keanu Reeves’ most iconic cinematic moments.
Named for the Internet’s Boyfriend while also laden with the trademark Mammal spitfire stylings, Keanu Reevesfinds the Melbourne quartet embracing spacious frustration and brutal neo-scream in musically muscular fashion. It’s grim out there at the moment, Orwellian. But in the end, some things are real. We name check Tracey Chapman in the song too, which is exciting.” Continuing their music video hallmark of live performances, the accompanying clip for Keanu Reeves draws irreverent yet powerful inspiration from a bona fide 90s action movie classic, Mammal-style. With long-time friend and creative collaborator Dean J Miller shooting and editing, the end result for the ‘Keanu Reeves’ music video proves that humour and hard-hitting thematics can truly go hand in hand, with the end result also featuring a local Narrm coastal setting to backdrop the memorable clip. “Mammal always performs live in our clips,” shares Ox. “The dancing is important to our culture and mission, so we set up at a local Narrm beach for the live stuff. The clip is a tongue-in-cheek recreation of the original Point Break, which of course starred Keanu Reeves alongside the late Patrick Swayze. Expect chase scenes, tuxedos and ex-Presidents of the USA galore. The concept? Have fun and make something entertaining, it’s not rocket surgery.” Since forming and releasing their debut self-titled EP in 2006, Mammal have toured relentlessly while also crafting a formidable reputation for their animated live performances, timeless sonic creations and authentic, working-class political activism that has garnered the quartet an ever-growing cult-like status across the globe. ‘Here and Now’ was a taster of things to come, the band have gone from strength to strength with each new release, with the fantastic ‘Spaceman’, the stomping ‘Minnie’s Haberdashery’ and their album ‘Candlewood 230’ an album full of really great tracks.
‘What She Said’ hooks you in from the outset, the picked guitar is uplifting and honest. It’s completely different to anything else they have created and it has to be my favourite track they have released to date. It really is vibrant and gorgeous through its vulnerability. This track shows just how versatile Box Of Trash can be, showcasing their talents. It’s a perfect song for a perfect spring day.
