Thawing of a Mindset is the beginning of Morning Arcade. It’s a statement that not all great songs are 3 minute pop bangers. Sometimes you need longer to tell a story. To build a world. Broaching topics as diverse as lost loves, mental health struggles, the environment, and the awkward angst of new relationships.

Morning Arcade’s Karl Griffiths uses his writing as a means to process and understand the world. Drawing influences from the likes of The Shins, The War on Drugs, Deep Sea Diver and Young The Giant as well as film scores and synthwave playlists. Morning Arcade craft their own brand of widescreen indie rock and dream pop.
